Grand Juries in Canada

The grand jury evaluates criminal charges and returns what was called a "true bill (of indictment)" if the charges were to proceed. or a verdict of nolle prosequi if not.

In our common law tradition we have established juries under the Magna Carta. Chapter 39 of King John's Magna Carta includes the guarantee that no free man may suffer punishment without “the lawful judgment of his peers.”

Grand juries were used up until the time of the communist Prime Minister Pierre Elliot Trudeau who wanted to weaken the power of the people in favour of a strong centralized Federal Government so he just shoved grand juries to the side. The right to jury is a common law right so it cannot be repealed by legislation. Therefore, we still have this right. And the purpose of the jury both the grand jury and the trial jury is to keep the government in its place and to avoid them from becoming tyrannical. So it makes sense that PET would want to get rid of them because he sought tyrannical power.

Bottom line is we can still use the grand jury and the government does not have the legal authority to stop its use.

We are planning a grand jury regarding the treasonous actions of the Liberal executives. In particular but for the illegal vaccine travel mandate, the illegal implementation of the Emergencies Act where violence was used against unarmed peaceful protestors at the trucker convoy 2022, a illegitmate Public Order Emergiy Commission process, and Chinese funding of Liberal MP election campaigns.

Here are the steps we are taking to hold the Liberal executives to account for treason.

1. We have investigated Trudeau, Freeland, Mendicino, Lametti, and Blair for treason and have gathered a plentitude of evidence. The evidence includes affidavits from people who participated in the Freedom Convoy 2022, HD drone footage of the truckers protest, and testimony from the Public Order Emergency Commission. We are continuing to gather evidence,

2. We have prepared an Criminal Incident Report with this evidence and submitted it to the RCMP in May 2022. This investigation has not been completed. However, there was an RCMP announcement that they laid 1 charge against a former RCMP officer for conspiracy and intimidation. As well they announced 100 investigations into conspiracies with the China are under way. Although Trudeau and his cabinet are under investigation by the RCMP they have not competed the investigation because Trudeau is not cooperating.

3. Next step for the people is to file an information with a Justice of the Peace in the court.

4. With this information a grand jury will be struck of 23 persons who will look at the evidence and determine if there is enough evidence to lay charges of treason against the Liberal executives.

5. If the jury decides there is enough evidence to a charge them the court will issue a warrant for their arrest and the RCMP who have the authority to arrest them will arrest the.

6. What we all need to do is continue to advise the public about the evidence regarding the treasons actions of the Liberal executives and asked them to voice their opinion on this matter to the their MP, their Senator and local RCMP officials. As well we ask that they inform others of these treason allegations and make public statements when possible. It is very important to make our voice known on this matter. If treason is not stopped our Dominion of Canada is lost.
