1. All police, courts and government are corrupt.
2. Our Constitution is invalid.
3. We have no rights and freedoms this is now incarceration.
4. Our Canadian Bill of Rights is no longer valid as it has been superseded by the Charter. Then they look to the Charter losses under section 1 and say see we have no rights.
5. This is their sand box they make all the rules, and all the rules are in their favour
6. You cannot get any justice in our system so you need to rise up. against the government subservice or obert revolution
7. When you rise up this is how you protect your family
8. All our officials swear an oath to the King so they do not regard the people
9. Canada, provinces and municipalities are corporations, so they do not have to abide by common law, the Constitution, the Canadian Bill of Rights or the Criminal Code.
10. Canada signed agreements with the United Nations therefore we are no longer a sovereign nation with our own constitution.
11. The UN Charter supersedes our common law rights constitutional rights and the Canadian Bill of Rights
12. The World Health Organization International Health Regulations are binding on Canada
13. Our Constitution is invalid. UK passed the Westminster Statue in 1931 giving Canada the right to make their own constitution we did not do so therefore we have no constitution. UK passed amendments to our Constitution 30 times since 1931 including the 1982 Canada Act. You cannot pass an amendment to legislation that has been repealed.

The proposition that in Canada a member of the executive branch of government does not make the law but merely carries it out or administers it requires no citation of authority to support it. Similarly, I do not find it necessary to cite from the wealth of authority supporting the principle that a public officer is responsible for acts done by him without legal justification. I content myself with quoting the well-known passage from Dicey's "Law of the Constitution", 9th ed., p. 193, where he says
... every official, from the Prime Minister down to a constable or a collector of taxes, is under the same responsibility for every act done without legal justification as any other citizen. The Reports abound with cases in which officials have been brought before the courts, and made, in their personal capacity, liable to punishment, or to the payment of damages, for acts done in their official character but in excess of their lawful authority. A colonial governor, a secretary of state, a military officer, and all subordinates, though carrying out the commands of their official superiors, are as responsible for any act which the law does not authorize as is any private and unofficial person.
