THE OUTCOMES
The new Official Plan (OP), which was approved by Ottawa City Council in November 2021, will guide development in the City until 2046. The City’s vision – to become the most livable mid-sized city in North America over the next century – is supported by five broad policies:
Accommodate more growth with intensification of existing neighbourhoods rather than with greenfield development.
Greenfield land is undeveloped land in an urban or rural area that land developers typically desire for new development. Greenfield areas provide open space that suits a variety of projects. In some cases, greenfield development may refer to the development of agricultural land.
Residential intensification is defined as the development or redevelopment of an existing building, site or area within the existing urban area at a density higher than what currently exists.
In Canada with as much undeveloped land it is perverse to pile people on top of each other in urban areas. Their plan is to in confine our movements and consumption by the method or gross invasion of privacy.
Ensure that the majority of trips in 2046 will be made by sustainable modes of transportation such as walking, cycling, transit or carpooling.
We are thereby confined to the 15 minute areas. They are planning to require us to get a permit to leave the area and for it to be restricted severely.
Use sophisticated urban and community design principles to create stronger, more inclusive and vibrant neighbourhoods and villages that also reflect and integrate Ottawa’s economic, racial and gender diversity.
This relates to the plans to confine us to 15 minute areas and monitor our “quality of life” and the quality of life of the community we live in. To do this they are working at combining all our data and making plans to monitor us in the following areas.
income and assets
employment records
school records
medical records
records on all our social relationships.
This monitoring is used to assess ones “quality of life” and those who are deemed to have a low quality of live will be killed such as was done in Nazi Germany. This is already happening through assisted suicide and involuntary euthanasia. Then together with these deaths we have vaccine deaths. In all we now have 15-20% mortality excess rates. This planned murder process together with a Chinese style social credit system with restrictions on the number of children you can have they proudly call this population health.
Embed environmental, climate and health resiliency and energy into the framework of planning policies to support walkable 15-minute neighbourhoods with a diverse mix of land uses, mature trees, greenspaces, and pathways, that help the City achieve its net zero climate commitment for 2050 and its 40% urban forest canopy cover target, and increase the City’s resiliency to the effects of climate change.
This climate change scar is a scam designed to support a centralized communist world government. A state in which the individual human is domed to loss their human rights and fundamental freedoms in favour of the collective communist right they state to a right to a clean environment. Don’t forget those making these plans consume more gas in there private plans in one trip than we do in our cars all year. Industry produces 80% of the worlds garbage but they want us to be in-prisoned in 15 minute cities under total pollution surveillance to reduce pollution. It is absolutely perverse to intensify the number of people in urban areas when Canada has an abundance of space. The real reason for urban density is for them to be better able to surveil and control us.
Embed economic development into the framework of the planning policies.
I truly don’t know what the hell this is suppose to mean. I have done a deep dive on this and although it is mentioned many times in the Official Plan (OP) for Ottawa but no where could I find it explained. Nor is it evident.
The Official Plan (OP) includes six cross-cutting strategic policy directions that will be advanced with implementation policies that are captured in multiple sections of the OP. Three of these policy directions are: Healthy and Inclusive Communities, Climate Change and Energy, and Gender and Racial Equity.
Most of us know about what these buz words policies mean inclusiveness, climate change and gender and racial equality. What they do not mean is fair and reasonable public policy made with healthy public debate and public input. These Canadian killing policies, confinement polices, and invasion of privacy are contrary to our democratic rule of law, our community moral standards as well as our common law based on the constitution, Canadian Bill of Rights and Criminal Code. Therefore all of these communist plans are illegal and therefore we will derail all these inhuman plans. In Canada we the people are the sovereign and we will prevail.
